Small laboratory tape casting machines are available in desktop and split types, and are mainly designed for universities, research institutes, and corporate R&D departments. The materials are widely used, such as general plastics PE PP PVC, etc., engineering plastics PET PA PPS PEEK, etc., elastomers TPU, TPE, etc.
The desktop cast machine has extrusion, casting and winding functions on the same platform to complete the molding process of polymer materials. It occupies a small area and is simple and easy to operate.
The split casting machine is mainly composed of a casting roller, a back pressure roller, a traction roller and a winding roller. It has an independent frame and can be combined with the extrusion host and casting die to form a casting experimental line. The split type can replace the auxiliary machine for different material forming processes, such as film blowing, calendering, etc.
